RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our Policy lasts for 14 days, once 14 days have passed, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Proof of purchase is required for yours item(s) to be eligible to be returned, we require your item where possible to be returned in its original packaging and unused. To return a product please email email@example.com
What Happens when the product is returned?
Please allow up to 5 working days for your Returns to be processed.
Once your return has been received it will be subject to an inspection. We will notify you via email to inform you if the return has been approved or rejected. If rejected the return will be sent back to you. If approved we will contact you to confirm the return option.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
To return your product, you should send your product to: Bestsel Ltd, 14-24 Little Holme Street Leicester LE3 5NG. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will refund your shipping costs if your return is legit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
